Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to lead the development, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise operations. In this role, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs. Your expertise will support digital transformation initiatives by delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and industry standards.

Software Requirements

Required:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages (6+ years)

  • Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript (preferred)

  • Proven experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations in Salesforce (6+ years)

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Sharing Rules, and Governor Limits

  • Experience working with version control tools: Git, Bitbucket (preferred)

  • Experience with deployment tools like ANT, Salesforce CLI (VS Code), or Copado (preferred)

  • Working knowledge of salesforce environments including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (desired)

  • Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certification such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)

  • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI development

  • Overall Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions supporting sales, service, and marketing operations

  • Develop and customize Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to meet business and technical requirements

  • Build Lightning Web Components and JavaScript-based UI modules ensuring responsiveness and usability

  • Design and implement API integrations for external systems and data sources to support seamless data flow

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to refine requirements and ensure solution quality

  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in Salesforce development

  • Support deployment, environment management, and ongoing system upgrades in Salesforce Sandboxes and production environments

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance

  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards in Salesforce solutions

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and integration points

  • 6+ years of experience supporting, designing, or implementing Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments

  • Proven ability to develop complex Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce/LWC components

  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management within Salesforce

  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to enterprise Salesforce deployments

  • Prior experience supporting Salesforce projects in regulated industries like finance or healthcare (preferred)

  • Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I & II or Administrator preferred

  • Day-to-Day Activities

  • Develop, test, and deploy enterprise Salesforce applications and configurations

  • Collaborate with product teams, business analysts, and security teams to gather requirements and refine technical solutions

  • Conduct code reviews, optimize Apex code, and enforce best practices

  • Support system upgrades, deployment processes, and environment management

  • Troubleshoot performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and integration errors

  • Document system architecture, code, and configuration changes

  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

  • Stay informed of industry standards, Salesforce enhancements, and best practices to improve deployment quality and security

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Salesforce Admin (ADM 201) preferred

  • Proven success delivering compliant, scalable Salesforce solutions supporting diverse business needs
