Job Description:Customer Development Executive is responsible for client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling and Compliant Management related to the commercial clients. The Incumbent works as part of a multi-functional team. This involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Focus on client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling Compliant Management- To identify & resolve customer complaints within the specific timelines Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts SPOC for Branch Renewals Total concentration on Renewal business only Sole Responsible On-time CCM/SQS/SQA Timely Terminations Coordination between Customers & Operations Increase in Branch New Sales as Branch CSEs can focus only on New sales Reduction in Outstanding Lead Generation Advance Renewal Followup / CCM Customer Objection Handling – with the help of operation Renewal letter with PI Regular follow-up for renewal and updation in the Renewal portal OCC entry from the Renewal portal Timely termination from the renewal portal Outstanding followup SQA Clear communication skills. Attentiveness. Ability to use positive language.
