Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Python-based applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python frameworks, cloud-native deployments on AWS, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership in technical design, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and secure Python applications.

• Build and maintain applications using Django, Flask, and FastAPI frameworks.

• Design and implement microservices-based architecture and event-driven systems.

• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.

• Work extensively with AWS services including DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, and other serverless technologies.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and automation using tools like Jenkins and Docker.

• Develop and maintain event-streaming solutions using Kafka.

• Design and manage data pipelines and integration workflows.

• Ensure high code quality by applying SOLID principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Write unit tests and ensure robust test coverage.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Troubleshoot production issues using tools like Splunk and Datadog.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development using Python.

• Strong expertise in Django, Flask, and FastAPI.

• Experience building Python-based chatbot applications.

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event streaming.

• Strong AWS experience (AWS certification preferred).

• Hands-on experience with:

  • DynamoDB

  • S3

  • AWS Lambda (Serverless)

• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Docker-based deployments.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience working with Kafka or other event-based systems.

• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and scalable system design.

• Experience in CI/CD implementation.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting and monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog).

• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
