We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Passenger Service Agents. Job Description: As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include: – Greeting passengers and assisting them with check-in procedures – Handling baggage and ensuring it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight – Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft – Providing information and assistance to passengers with special needs or requests – Resolving any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and timely manner – Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation – Following all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of our passengers and crew – Maintaining a neat and organized work area at all times – Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: – Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification – Excellent communication and customer service skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment – Basic computer knowledge – Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays – Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage – Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.
