Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated junior level Telecaller to join our team at Isoftronics in Chennai. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling. The ideal candidate will use their telesales skills along with their proficiency in CRM software to enhance customer relationship management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have experience in CRM software to efficiently manage client interactions and data (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in telesales techniques to effectively engage potential customers and close sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management to maintain long-term customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent active listening abilities to understand customer needs and address their inquiries.
  • Skill in lead generation to identify and convert potential clients into sales opportunities.
  • Experience in cold calling to connect with prospects and introduce our services.
  • Data entry accuracy to ensure precise documentation of client information and interactions.
  • Proficient in objection handling to overcome client resistance and ensure positive outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our IT services using telesales techniques.
  • Answer questions about the company’s offerings and address any customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer database using CRM software to ensure accurate client information.
  • Generate leads by researching potential clients and understanding their business needs.
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable solutions to drive sales.
  • Handle customer objections using effective communication to maximize conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and goals.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets set by the team manager.
