Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in credit collection or related fields, with a maximum of 10 years preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in small business credit processes and management.
  • Expertise in gold valuation is essential to accurately assess and manage credit collection related to precious metals.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring performance meets organizational standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to effectively handle disputes and facilitate successful credit collection.
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of top-notch service.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive financial information.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the credit collection process for small businesses, ensuring timely payments and minimizing credit risk.
  • Conduct gold valuations to accurately assess asset worth and determine appropriate credit limits.
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of collection officers, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection activities, recovery rates, and status updates for senior management.
  • Identify potential areas of improvement within the credit collection process and propose solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to enhance the effectiveness of credit collection practices.
