About this team:
This role contributes to the Retail Services team, delivering the technology foundation that supports and scales lululemons global stores.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or in a related technical field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 7 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- AWS certifications (like Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Deep hands-on experience designing, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, Artifactory, Vault with strong scripting skills using Python as a Devops Engineer.
- Extensive experience across AWS services (EC2, ECS, IAM, Lambda, API management, Cloud services, PaaS), including cloud sourcing, cloud asset management, and multi environment administration (Prod/Stage/QA).
- Strong proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and full IaC lifecycle managementwriting, deploying, reviewing, and standardizing IaC patterns for scalable cloud and on prem infrastructure.
- Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes with proven experience deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting production-grade clusters, container registries, and cloud-native workloads.
- Drives effective monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools like Splunk and Datadog to ensure system reliability and rapid incident resolution.
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems such as Web Services, Load Balancers, Authentication and Cloud Security Assurance (Identity, Monitoring, Perimeter Defence, Compliance).
- Expertise in system resiliency engineeringredundancy, failovers, disaster recoveryand leading production incident resolution, performance analysis, and environment availability improvements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, working closely with developers, product and cross-functional teams; experienced in Agile practices, influencing change, and driving adoption of DevOps standards and best practices.
- Good to have hands on experience designing and implementing AI driven solutions.
