Responsibilities:
- Contribute to enterprise-wide Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) deployments and upgrades.
- Support Configuration Manager operations and assist in performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
- Assist with integration of Configuration Manager and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software distribution and endpoint compliance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to maintain platform reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide input on technical decisions.
- Help onboard new team members and share knowledge across the team.
- Ensure work aligns with compliance and operational standards .
Primary expertise required:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM).
- Familiarity with Operations Manager tools and monitoring practices.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
