ROLE INTENT
The Associate Video Editor & Motion Designer is responsible for executing video editing, motion graphics, and animation across client campaigns and digital platforms.
This role ensures creative ideas are translated into strong, engaging visual storytelling.
YOUR GROWTH MILESTONES
In 3 Months — Build Execution Strength
- Deliver high-quality editing and motion tasks
- Understand MAG’s motion workflows and standards
In 6 Months — Own Motion Execution
- Take ownership of video and motion output across accounts
- Elevate motion and storytelling quality
In 12 Months — Progress Toward Lead Role
- Support complex campaigns and brand films
- Develop leadership readiness
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Edit video content across platforms
- Create motion graphics and animations
- Support campaign and content production
- Collaborate with creative and production teams
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years in video editing and motion design
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong storytelling and motion execution ability
