Malverra, a growing women’s westernwear brand under House of Malkaa, is looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Jaipur. You’ll be the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and genuinely delightful.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs & calls
- Assist customers with order tracking, size queries, returns, and more
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely resolutions
- Maintain records of customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and confident in shopping with Malverra
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, polite, problem-solving mindset
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or customer service is a plus
- Basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Fluency in English & Hindi
