Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban. This full-time role focuses on supporting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring that we attract and select the best candidates to fulfill our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting within the travel industry and a knack for identifying and acquiring top talent.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hiring (Mandatory skill) is essential for identifying and attracting the right candidates to meet our company’s needs effectively.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition to maintain a pipeline of qualified job seekers matching job specifications.
  • Strong recruiting skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
  • Talent sourcing skills to identify and reach out to potential candidates using various platforms and methods.
  • Excellent interview coordination ability to schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers smoothly.
  • Proficiency in candidate screening ensuring that applicants meet the necessary requirements and align with organizational values.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry to better understand job roles and requirements within Etrav Tech Limited.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with candidates and colleagues.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to closing and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate’s experience and interest through engaging conversations.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Implement and uphold the company’s hiring guidelines and policies during the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends to attract candidates with strong industry knowledge and skills.
  • Provide a memorable candidate experience and communicate value propositions effectively.
