Job Description:Manage day-to-day manufacturing and supply delivery for core SKUs in line with agreed forecasts and production schedules. Collaborate closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to maintain steady brand availability. Identify and mitigate capacity, material, and operational risks affecting business-as-usual supply. Operationalize approved NPD, relaunch, and portfolio expansion initiatives into detailed manufacturing and supply plans. Oversee end-to-end launch readiness, covering material availability, production trials, capacity planning, quality sign-offs, and initial shipments. Drive disciplined execution to meet launch timelines, flagging risks early and implementing corrective actions. Proactively assess supply vulnerabilities across ongoing operations and new launches; establish contingency measures for priority SKUs. Take ownership of resolving last-minute supply disruptions to ensure continuity of supply and on-time launches. Monitor and analyze brand-level supply performance metrics, including service levels, OTIF, and launch execution. Present structured, insight-led updates on supply status, risks, and mitigation actions to key stakeholders. Lead post-launch and post-issue evaluations to strengthen processes and improve future delivery.
