Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Personalization Specialist to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL, Excel, data visualization, and CRM-based personalization. You will work closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to drive actionable insights, support A/B testing, and enable customer segmentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to track campaign performance and personalization initiatives.

  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys.

  • Perform customer segmentation and profiling using CRM data to support targeted marketing efforts.

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for extracting and manipulating large datasets across multiple sources.

  • Collaborate with CRM teams on data-driven personalization strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) and Salesforce CRM.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics for campaigns, tests, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve conversion rates, retention, and ROI.

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency in all analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) ✅ Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) ✅ Experience with Tableau or Power BI (mandatory) ✅ Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) ✅ Hands-on expertise in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and test tracking ✅ Strong understanding of CRM data models and customer segmentation techniques ✅ Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, MCP ✅ Ability to translate data insights into business recommendation
