Job Description
– Analyze and audit HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
– Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and insights.
– Conduct compensation benchmarking and market research.
– Support projects in org design, job evaluation and role profiling.
– Develop people analytics frameworks for workforce planning, engagement, DEI and retention.
– Recommend best practices by tracking external HR and compensation trends.
The Successful Applicant
– HR professional with 4-6 years of experience, ideally post-MBA, with expertise in at least one HR specialization.
– Strong in analytics, compensation benchmarking and stakeholder management, with advanced Excel skills preferred, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
