Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns (Digital, Offline, Events, Partnerships, etc.) through internal teams 
• Build structured US Market Lead Nurturing workflows
• Improve lead quality and conversion rates across industries
• Define conversion messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to each business vertical
• Work closely with sales, digital marketing and business teams to improve lead-to-deal conversion
• Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks in acquisition and nurturing stages
• Create scalable systems for follow-ups, remarketing, and relationship building
• Run strategic experiments to improve ROI and customer acquisition efficiency
• Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue outcomes

What We�re Looking For

• 10 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Business Marketing, or Growth Planning
• Experience handling US market leads and nurturing workflows
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead lifecycle management
• Ability to think strategically beyond just ad execution
• Experience working across different business models (Healthcare, Real Estate, SaaS preferred)
• Strong communication and business storytelling skills
• Analytical mindset with focus on performance and ROI
• Leadership ability to coordinate with internal digital teams
• Self-driven, business-focused, and ownership mentality
• Ability to focus on planning, lead nurturing, strategy, and business growth.
