Associate Regional head – Home Interior

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all functions of the home interiors vertical including sales, design, operations, procurement, and customer experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and market share.
3. Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring timely project completion and superior quality standards.
4. Hire, train, and mentor cross-functional teams (designers, project managers, site supervisors).
5. Set and monitor KPIs across departments, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
6. Build strong vendor relationships and manage procurement and supply chain efficiency.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote offerings and generate qualified leads.
8. Drive innovation in design offerings and improve operational workflows.
9. Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
10. Manage budgets and P&L, report on business performance to senior leadership.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. years of experience in the home interiors/modular furniture industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of design trends, materials, and execution processes.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
6. Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
7. No outstation candidates preferred

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience scaling home interior businesses in a startup or fast-growth environment.
2. Familiarity with design and project management software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Monday.com, etc.).
3. Network of interior vendors, contractors, and designers.
4. Understanding of regional market trends and consumer behavior in the interiors space.
