Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for the FMCG HoReCa sector at Gamut HR Solutions. The role is full-time and located in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam. This mid-level position requires a strategic sales professional with 4 to 6 years of prior experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HoReCa landscape and a proven track record in B2B sales and beverages sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on achieving targets in competitive markets (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in beverages sales within the FMCG industry, emphasizing volume growth and market penetration (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in HoReCa sales, demonstrating a clear understanding of the sector’s dynamics (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in channel development, with a focus on expanding market reach and enhancing sales distribution.
  • Proficient in distributor management, fostering strong partnerships with distributors to optimize sales performance.
