Job Title: RM / Sr. RM / BDM / SM – Mortgage (DSA Channel)

Job Summary
We are hiring for RM / Sr. RM / BDM / SM roles under the Mortgage – DSA Channel, responsible for driving Home Loan & LAP business through DSA sourcing. The role focuses on acquisition, relationship management, and revenue delivery through quality sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan & LAP business through active DSA management.
Onboard new DSAs and strengthen existing DSA relationships for consistent business flow.
Conduct regular market visits, support DSAs with product clarity, and resolve documentation queries.
Ensure adherence to credit policy, KYC norms, and compliance guidelines.
Achieve monthly acquisition and disbursement targets.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical teams for faster TAT and smooth customer experience.
For SM roles: Lead a team, review performance, and drive business growth across assigned DSAs.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1–6 years of experience in Mortgage / HL / LAP within DSA sourcing.
Strong understanding of Mortgage products, market trends, and local DSA network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to achieve monthly targets and manage high-volume business sourcing.
