Job Description:Work with key stakeholders to prepare delivery plan and effectively execute it to ensure quality delivery as per schedule. Work with the team to identify obstacles and help the team to overcome those. Responsible for team-level agility and strategic delivery outcomes for the studio releases. Build and maintain high performing teams; ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well Facilitate planning sessions to help the team focus on what is most important to be worked on. Maintain a clear sense of direction and purpose for the team based on the project vision. Engage with team, stakeholders, leaders to build an engaged workforce to deliver business goals and customer commitments.
