Position:  Zoho Project Manager

Summary:

The Zoho Project Manager will lead and oversee end-to-end Zoho implementation projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations, while coordinating technical, functional, and client teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor Zoho implementation projects

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

  • Coordinate between sales, technical, and client teams

  • Analyze business processes and map requirements to Zoho solutions

  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Ensure quality assurance, testing, and validation of solutions

  • Conduct regular client meetings and status reporting

  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation

  • Ensure documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations

  • Mentor and guide implementation team members

Requirements
