Job Description
– Create and execute learning strategies and programs.• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.• Conduct training and collect training feedback and give analysis of training feedback.• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.• Able to track ROI of training program.• Track budgets and negotiate contracts
Requirements
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)• Possess analytical ability.• Able to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses.• Basic Knowledge of 5S and Kaizen• Very good communication & presentation Skills
