Job Description – PGT Physics Teacher (Maharashtra)

Position: Post Graduate Teacher (Physics)

Location: Maharashtra

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to senior secondary (Classes XI–XII) students with a focus on conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
• Design lesson plans, lab experiments, and innovative teaching strategies.
• Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (JEE/NEET), and higher studies.
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and provide personalized guidance.
• Maintain discipline and foster a stimulating academic environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physics (M.Sc.) with B.Ed preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Prior teaching experience at senior secondary level desirable.
• Graduates from IITs/NITs (Kerala preferred) will be given priority.
• Ability to inspire students and simplify complex concepts.
