Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure the implementation of HR policies aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities will include recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, addressing employee concerns, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring proactive communication between management and staff. The role will also require driving compliance with relevant employment laws and practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
