Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work culture.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling employee concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads
  • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct initial HR interviews
  • Manage salary discussions (as per management approval)
  • Issue offer letters and appointment letters
  • Handle complete onboarding process and documentation

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Maintain employee records and HR database
  • Manage confirmations, increments, and promotions
  • Draft HR letters (confirmation, increment, warning, etc.)
  • Handle resignation process and exit formalities
  • Prepare relieving and experience letters
  • Coordinate full & final settlement with accounts

Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Manage attendance and leave records through HRMS
  • Resolve attendance discrepancies
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
  • Address employee salary-related queries

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as point of contact for employee concerns
  • Conduct one-on-one discussions when required
  • Resolve workplace conflicts professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters

Performance Management Support

  • Assist in performance review processes
  • Coordinate appraisal documentation
  • Track probation confirmations

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute engagement activities
  • Organize celebrations, events, and team-building initiatives
  • Support in creating a positive and productive work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations / Generalist role
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and labor compliance (preferred)
