Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work culture.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling employee concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial HR interviews
- Manage salary discussions (as per management approval)
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters
- Handle complete onboarding process and documentation
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Manage confirmations, increments, and promotions
- Draft HR letters (confirmation, increment, warning, etc.)
- Handle resignation process and exit formalities
- Prepare relieving and experience letters
- Coordinate full & final settlement with accounts
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Manage attendance and leave records through HRMS
- Resolve attendance discrepancies
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs
- Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
- Address employee salary-related queries
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Act as point of contact for employee concerns
- Conduct one-on-one discussions when required
- Resolve workplace conflicts professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
Performance Management Support
- Assist in performance review processes
- Coordinate appraisal documentation
- Track probation confirmations
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement activities
- Organize celebrations, events, and team-building initiatives
- Support in creating a positive and productive work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations / Generalist role
- Knowledge of HRMS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Basic knowledge of payroll and labor compliance (preferred)
