- 5–7 years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong experience in hiring Senior technical & leadership roles
- Expertise in proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Hands-on knowledge of IT skills (Java, Flutter, Cloud, Data Engineers, Architects, etc.)
- Exposure to HR operations & Onboarding coordination
- Experience in Fintech / IT Services is an added advantage
