Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Web Delivery at Tapcrunch. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing publisher onboarding and management and to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Role Responsibility

• Candidate should have 3-4 years of sound experience in web affiliate delivery for CPL/CPA vertical.
• Develop and implement strategic affiliate onboarding plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Candidate should be able to bring in value and business on the table through existing industry relations.
• Must have good contacts with SMS, EMail, PPC affiliates and some knowledge of media buying.
• Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, including monitoring performance, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.
• Past experience of delivering BFSI, Demat, Insurance, Auto, Credit card campaigns.
• Track and report on key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment.
• Identify new affiliate opportunities and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to ensure alignment and campaign success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in affiliate marketing.
