Key Responsibilities
Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on foundation of web technologies.
Develop awesome features such as product search, order management, promotions, store locator, social ecommerce etc.
Collaborate with your architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards
Write application code that exceeds the defined quality standards
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to web technologies using Java/J2EE. Ecommerce knowledge will be a plus
Interact with product/business team to create end-to-end specifications
Provide inputs and direction to associates on the team for design and implementation
Required Skills
Graduate in any Specialization
1.5 to 3 years of experience of Java/J2EE Technologies
Mastery of J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate.
Basic knowledge of JVM, Java Memory Model and its workarounds
Aware of clean coding practices, can write unit tests and implement automated testing platforms.
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases.
Exposure to open-source technologies and tools will be a plus.
Understanding of building tools like Ant, Maven, Gradle etc
Familiar with code versioning tools e.g GIT
Aware of CI/CD processes
Familiarity with popular design, architectural patterns and Good Understanding of microservices
Strong knowledge of RDBMS systems like MySQL, with basic understanding of NoSQL databases mongo, elasticsearch etc
Must have good understanding of the eCommerce domain.
