Profile – Coating Engineer
Qualification – B.Tech / M.Tech – Mech.
Salary – Upto 6 LPA
Experience – Min. 6+ yrs. in manufacturing coating of large-diameter carbon steel pipes/Steel SAW pipes/Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) pipes/ Spiral pipe industry.

Job Description
Coating operations including substrate cleaning, deposition, inspection, and characterization. Serves as the Process Owner for EEO thin film coating processes and equipment including implementation of process controls, “hands-on” monitoring of process parameters, data collection and analysis of process variables, and support of preventative maintenance programs and repairs for coating equipment. Supports program management and operations personnel with technical guidance on assigned projects. Ensures that design concepts comply with customer’s specifications and are manufacturable. Supports acceptance testing, qualification testing, and troubleshooting efforts on assigned programs.
Responsible for the day-to-day Mechanical engineering improvements and maintenance pertaining to the department while directing the activity of Mechanical maintenance personnel for the safe, efficient operation of the plant.
