Associate Vice President – Salesforce Solution Architect

Your responsibilities:

• Become the central person as Solution Architect for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with standard Salesforce processes.
• Design and oversee integration between Salesforce and SAP ERP systems (FI, Billing, Invoicing) via SAP CPI.
• Provide conceptual designs for Marketing Cloud integration with Sales/Service Cloud.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and document solutions in user story format.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and guide project teams through solution design and delivery.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience managing the design & implementation of technology across multiple projects at a time.
• Background of leading complex projects from gathering requirements, conducting workshops, designing and documenting solutions into a user story format.
• Previous consultancy experience

• Support unit testing, system testing, and acceptance testing activities

Your profile:

• University degree in Computer Science or comparable education.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including multi-cloud expertise (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
• At least 2 Greenfield/Migration Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and the wider ecosystem.
• Experience in CRM systems and SAP ERP integration via SAP CPI.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodology.
• Experience in working in a regulated environment (Financial Industry).
• Excellent communication skills, hands-on mentality, and ability to work independently.
• Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant
