    MEASUREMENT STRATEGY & DATA INTEGRITY:

    · Define and drive the overall Group measurement and effectiveness program

    · Ensure data integrity and methodology is accurate, consistent, and reliable across all media platform testing and measurementCOLLABORATION & PERFORMANCE:

    · Work closely with internal teams, especially CMI, to ensure marketing planning is data-driven and aligned with overall objectives, leveraging insights

    Monitor key performance indicators to guide decision-making and enhance future campaignsCONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & INSIGHTS:

    Provide actionable insights from MMMs (mixed media measurement),

    Stay updated on the latest measurement tools and methodologies

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Media Measurement Lead should have:Must Haves:

  • Years of experience: 7+ years
  • Must have worked on multiple MMM projects and understand the effectiveness measurement ecosystem of an FMCG
  • Should not be a data analytics/scientist and must have a marketing bent of mind
  • Industry Preference: Tier 1 Research agencies and new-age research agencies. Talent from Global media-tech players
