Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and manage the Nursery to Kindergarten section of a CBSE school. The role involves academic planning, teacher mentoring, curriculum implementation, and ensuring a nurturing learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic planning and daily operations of the pre-primary section
• Implement CBSE-aligned early years curriculum and age-appropriate pedagogy
• Mentor, guide, and support pre-primary teachers
• Monitor lesson plans, classroom activities, and student progress
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school leadership
• Ensure child safety, well-being, and compliance with school policies
• Organize events, activities, and assessments for pre-primary classes

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation with NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in pre-primary, with coordination experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of CBSE early years framework and child-centric practices
