The Opportunity

We are hiring passionate professionals for Executive and Assistant Manager – Teacher Operations roles to strengthen teacher experience, drive operational excellence, and build a highly engaged teaching ecosystem.

You will play a critical role in teacher relationship management, escalation handling, calendar optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring a seamless experience for both teachers and learners.

What You’ll DoTeacher Relationship & Portfolio Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with teachers to drive engagement and retention
  • Manage and align teacher portfolios (150+ teachers for Executive | 300+ teachers for AM) with quality and performance benchmarks
  • Act as a primary SPOC for teacher experience, operational guidance, and support

Escalation Management & Resolution

  • Identify, analyze, and initiate escalation processes based on defined criteria
  • Own teacher and customer escalations and drive timely, high-quality resolutions
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure clear ownership, action tracking, and communication

Calendar & Capacity Optimization

  • Manage teacher calendars and slot utilization to ensure seamless learner experience
  • Monitor capacity, identify gaps, and recommend interventions to maximize productivity

Operational Excellence

  • Address operational issues proactively and recommend process improvements
  • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making
  • Evaluate product and operational enhancements balancing teacher and business needs

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as the bridge between Teachers, Product, Academics, and Business teams

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
  • Executive: 2–3 years of experience in Teacher Operations / Program Operations / Customer Success
  • Assistant Manager: 4–6 years of relevant experience with proven cohort management at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • Ability to operate with ownership in an ambiguous, high-growth environment
