Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Consultant Radiation Oncologist to join our hospital in Bhatinda, Punjab. The consultant will be responsible for planning and delivering radiation therapy, managing cancer patients, and ensuring high standards of oncology care.
Working Hours
Full Time – As per hospital schedule
Emergency and on-call duties as per roster
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage cancer patients requiring radiation therapy
- Plan and deliver external beam radiation therapy and other radiation treatments
- Perform treatment planning using advanced radiotherapy techniques
- Coordinate with Medical and Surgical Oncologists for multidisciplinary cancer care
- Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and manage side effects
- Provide OPD and IPD consultations
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Follow radiation safety protocols and clinical guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MD / DNB in Radiation Oncology
- Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration
- Experience: Freshers and experienced consultants can apply
