Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Handle expense management, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Perform secretarial activities such as correspondence, email management, and phone calls.
Job Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in an EA role or similar position.
- Strong calendar management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in fixing appointments, managing schedules, and coordinating travel bookings.
- Excellent personal management skills with attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong Communication in English is preffered.
