Job Description
* Lead and support daily operations across production and non-production environments.
* Manage and mentor a team of support engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development.
* Oversee shift schedules, work allocation, and ticket prioritization to ensure 24×7 operational continuity.
* Handle L3-level troubleshooting for complex incidents.
* Collaborate with other technology towers to resolve cross-domain technical issues.
* Lead high-severity (P1/P2) incident calls, communicate action plans, and ensure timely restoration of services.
* Manage capacity planning and performance optimization.
* Implement system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements in compliance with IT policies.
* Maintain accurate documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), RCA reports, and configuration details.
* Prepare shift reports, operational dashboards, and performance summaries for management and clients.
* Participate in client meetings, service reviews, and governance discussions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on automation, efficiency, and service quality
The Successful Applicant
A successful Modern Workplace – Tech Lead Data & Collab should have:▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
▪ 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
▪ Experience multi-site or international is highly desirable.
▪ Experience in complex environment
▪ Troubleshooting , root cause analysis
▪ Proven track record in core skills for Collaborative file storage (MS SharePoint Online, MS Teams File storage, MS Stream, AvePoint); Content Co – Creation (MS Forms, MS Whiteboard, MS Loop components, Klaxoon / Kahoot / Canva) , Project & Team Organization (MS Planner, MS Lists, MS Shift, Asana, Monday, Trello), People Connection (MS Viva Engage) Professional Competencies & skills
