Experience: 0-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product support for AutoSmart solutions
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate technical problems to appropriate teams
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products (preferred)
  • Graduate in any discipline
