We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, billing, and contract administration for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) & quantity take-offs
Cost estimation & budgeting for projects
Review drawings & technical specifications
Prepare client & subcontractor bills
Verify contractor measurements & RA bills
Monitor project costs & budget control
Handle tender documentation & contract evaluation
Coordinate with project managers & site engineers
Ensure compliance with project timelines & cost parameters
