Sales Development Representative (Female) – B2B SaaS

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Female Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and pipeline growth for a B2B SaaS product across India and Southeast Asian markets. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

  • Engage decision-makers and communicate the product’s value proposition

  • Set up qualified discovery calls for the sales team

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support deal closures

  • Track and report sales metrics such as leads, meetings, and pipeline growth

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as an SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation role

  • B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills with confidence in speaking to senior stakeholders

  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Proactive, target-driven, and well-organized

  • Exposure to fintech / data / AI domains is a plus

  • Knowledge of SEA markets or regional languages is an added advantage
