Job Description
:
– Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
– Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
– Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer’s Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
Qualification:
* Graduates with 1 year plus year experience in BPO/Customer Care
Other Requirements:
– Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Listening Skills.
– Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication.
Salary: 4.8 LPA (based upon skills and experience )
plus allowances and incentives .
Shift: 24×7 (Rotational)
Work Days: 5 days working with Rotational Shifts
