Job Description:Be part of the 0 to 1 journey Conglomerate with an ambition to churn 3lac cars a year Lead the digital transformation roadmap across OEM, Dealer, Sales, and Service functions by aligning business processes with advanced DMS and CRM solutions. Evaluate, finalize, and manage vendors for CRM, DMS, customer mobile applications, and connected car technologies. Assess emerging technologies and define implementation strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT architecture. Oversee system operations and ensure effective L1, L2, and L3 support for CRM and DMS platforms. Manage annual budgeting and cost optimization for digital and technology initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery and performance excellence of all digital systems. Strong technical knowledge of Dealer Management Systems and CRM system within the automotive industry. Demonstrated expertise in system integration and process optimization. Proven ability to handle system audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Proficiency in data analysis and report generation for decision-making purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end-users. A degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology or Computer Science
