Job Description:Drive digital growth as IT lead for Energy BU with global IT alignment. Strategic tech role bridging Energy BU & Group IT for transformation. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organisational objectives in the mechanical industry. Oversee the management and optimisation of IT infrastructure and applications. Collaborate with various business units in Mumbai to identify and address their technology needs. Drive digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with data security and industry regulations across all IT systems. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimise service delivery. Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Monitor IT budgets and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong experience in IT management within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Proficiency in managing IT systems and driving digital transformation initiatives. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory standards in the mechanical industry. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
