Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution. Collaborate with development teams to understand software functionalities and resolve issues. Perform functional, performance, and regression testing for PLC software. Ensure the quality and reliability of software used in industrial and mechanical systems. Prepare and maintain detailed test reports and documentation. Analyse system requirements and design test strategies accordingly. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in software testing processes. Educational qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience or knowledge in testing PLC software in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector. Understanding of mechanical systems and their integration with software. Proficiency in creating test plans, cases, and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of functional, performance, and regression testing methodologies.
