Role:UiPath RPA Business Analyst(Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UiPath RPA Business Analyst to join our Automation team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA business analysis, with a proven track record of creating Process Design Documents (PDDs) and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful automation solutions. Knowledge of the hospitality domain and UiPath certifications are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze processes for automation opportunities.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, workflows, and process flows.
• Create and validate Process Design Documents (PDDs) for UiPath automation projects.
• Work closely with UiPath developers to translate business requirements into functional RPA workflows.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare project plans for RPA initiatives.
• Perform testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor and report on RPA project progress, performance, and ROI.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on UiPath tools and processes.
• Maintain documentation of RPA solutions and processes for future reference.
• Conduct UAT and Hypercare Rounds for the developed automation
• Stay updated on industry trends, UiPath advancements, and best practices in RPA and business analysis.
