Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PowerApps Developer with 5–12 years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform implementation and development. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).· Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate.· Implement and customize solutions in Dataverse.· Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and third-party APIs.· Participate in requirement gathering and convert business requirements into technical solutions.· Perform environment setup, deployment, and release management.· Implement governance, security roles, and data policies.· Optimize app performance and troubleshoot production issues.· Work closely with business stakeholders and functional consultants.· Prepare technical documentation and support UAT and production rollout.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
· Strong experience in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps).· Expert in VBA and Excel, including enabling macros and pivot tables· Experience in Power Automate and Dataverse.· Integration experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.· Knowledge of REST APIs and Azure AD.· Understanding of solution architecture, security, and data modeling in Power Platform.· Experience in ALM and environment management.· Programming knowledge in JavaScript, .NET/C#, HTML, and CSS.
Implementation Experience Required
· End-to-end Power Platform implementation experience.· Experience in enterprise-scale deployments.· Exposure to migration projects (legacy systems to Power Platform).· Stakeholder management and client interaction experience.· Ability to lead small teams (for senior profiles).

· Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).· Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.· Experience working in global delivery environments.
