Responsibilities
Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships across all the major Pvt. Sector & Public Sector Banks, Peer NBFCs, multilateral Financial Institutions & Mutual Funds Candidate should have strong analytical skills with financial understanding, presentation skills & relationship management Understanding on Deal Structuring, financial analysis, sector insights, market research & negotiating skills Assist the Origination team to structure the large ticket transactions & place / syndicate such transactions with other Banks / NBFCs Originate / Co-participate in the deals originated by other Banks / FIs / NBFCs Role involves analysis of the Business, Markets, Financial Statements, Financial Modeling & with a solution oriented approach Develop lists of prospective banks and syndication strategies for transactions. Assist with drafting information memorandums, proposals and financial presentations detailing client and transaction-related fundamental information including merits, risk and risk mitigation. Prepare loan marketing packages for distribution to investors.
