Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal support team. This is a remote, full-time position open exclusively to international candidates who have a strong background in U.S. personal injury matters and can work U.S. Central Standard Time hours.
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, and medical providers
Request and follow up on medical records, bills, and treatment updates
Track case deadlines, treatment status, and settlement progress
Assist with demand preparation and case documentation
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the case management system
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of personal injury case management experience (U.S.-based PI cases required)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Preferred (Not Required):
Spanish-speaking (a plus, but not required)
