Job Description:Purpose of the jobAs UX/UI Designer at vidaXL you will be responsible of designing the best user experience you can, by conducting UX research, creating concepts, creating high-fidelity mockups and then validating your ideas via A/B testing or an alternative method.Responsibilities/core tasksUX Research: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative user research to define design requirements for internal teams.Problem Identification: Identify user pain points and opportunities for product improvement.Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry and UX trends.Collaborative Design: Work with other designers to ensure design consistency and effective communication.Iterative Design: Modify and adapt existing designs based on evolving customer preferences.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop products meeting user and business needs.Stakeholder Engagement: Present strategic proposals to stakeholders and work with product teams to implement features.Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across products.Wireframing and UI Design: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, iterating based on feedback and develop high-quality user interface designs that align with the brand and provide an exceptional user experience.RequirementsBachelor or Master degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction or related fields6 – 10 years experience as aUX/UI Designeror similar role, with aportfolio showcasingrelevant projectsA good understanding of Design Thinking and other common methodologiesKnowledge and experience with screen design tools such as Figma, Adobe XDor other is a must, experience with other design software is a plusStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.Knowledge of accessibility standards(WCAG)and responsive design principles.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.A background in eCommerce or similar fields is preferredAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environmentYou can effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds, locations, and levels within the organizationFluent in spoken and written EnglishAvailable for 40 hours per week in Hyderabad, India…
