(Designation & compensation will be aligned with experience & billing track record.)

Key Responsibilities

✔ End-to-end IT recruitment (Sourcing to Offer Rollout)

✔ Niche, lateral & leadership hiring

✔ Client coordination & requirement understanding

✔ Achieve monthly submission & closure targets

✔ Salary negotiation & offer conversion

✔ Maintain strong submission-to-closure ratio

✔ Work on ATS (Ceipal preferred)

✔ For Lead/Manager roles – Team handling & revenue ownership

Required Experience

  • 1–8 years of IT Recruitment / IT Staffing experience
  • Strong sourcing expertise (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search)
  • Experience handling tech roles (Developers, Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.)
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Team handling experience (for Lead/Manager role)
  • Billing/revenue ownership experience (for Manager role)

Location Preference (Important)
