Talent Acquisition Intern

Duration: 3–6 Months

We’re looking for a hustler who wants to break into Talent Acquisition and understands the pace of a digital/advertising agency.

If you’ve done 3–6 months of non-IT hiring and know how agency hiring works (creative folks, strategists, media peeps, account managers), this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the HR & Business teams on live hiring mandates
• Source candidates aggressively through LinkedIn, job portals & networking
• Screen profiles and conduct first-round calls
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain trackers and keep hiring data sharp & updated
• Help build talent pipelines for upcoming mandates

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 months of non-IT recruitment experience
• Preferably from a digital marketing / advertising agency
• Strong communication skills
• High ownership & follow-up game
• Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments
