The Role:

We are hiring a Senior IT / ERP Technical Recruiter who can deliver in complex environments.

You will:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across ERP and enterprise IT roles (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, Cloud, Data, Security)
  • Conduct structured technical qualification conversations
  • Align compensation, work authorization, and delivery constraints early
  • Deliver high-quality, submission-ready candidates
  • Drive process momentum from submission to start
  • Protect credibility, margin, and alignment

This is a performance role, not an activity role.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary
  • 3% commission on first 5 placements
  • 5% commission starting from the 6th placement onward
  • Additional performance incentives and bonuses
